What I Help With

I specialize in anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, perimenopause and menopause, trauma, and struggles with food and eating. These issues often overlap and intertwine, and I meet each client where she is rather than applying a cookie-cutter approach.

My work is grounded in two main approaches. Brainspotting is a powerful technique that helps access and process experiences stored deep in the brain, especially trauma that talk therapy alone hasn't been able to touch. Relational Cultural Therapy recognizes that we heal through connection and helps women reconnect with themselves and others in authentic ways.

 What you can expect from me is realness. I'm warm, direct, and genuine. I won't hide behind clinical detachment. I'll show up as a whole person because that's what this work requires.

Getting Started

When you reach out, my assistant Liz will help you schedule a free 15-minute fit check. This quick video call lets us both see if we're a good match before committing to anything.

If we decide to move forward, you'll complete your intake paperwork through my secure client portal, and then you can book sessions directly through my online calendar. In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. In our second session, we'll dig deeper and start building a plan tailored to your specific needs.

Once we're working together, you can book sessions up to a year in advance. I try to make myself available outside of sessions when needed, and sometimes I'll suggest skills or practices to work on between our meetings. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as you grow.
